Questions, answered.
How early should we start planning?
For a smaller private event, several weeks can be enough. For a larger public, corporate or cultural event, planning should begin several months ahead — venues, entertainers and permits are what run out of time first.
Can you work with a venue we have already booked?
Yes. We build the plan around the venue you have — its layout, its rules and its technical limits — and coordinate with the venue team from there.
